INARA invites eligible and registered suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply, assembly, customized carton packaging, and recurring monthly delivery of 2,800 Food Parcels in Cairo/Giza, Egypt.
- Terms & Delivery Conditions
- Total Quantity: 2,800 Food Parcels.
- Delivery Location: Faisal Street, Giza, Egypt.
- Delivery Schedule (Recurring Monthly):
– Months 1 to 4: 450 parcels / month
– Months 5 to 9: 200 parcels / month - Bulk Delivery: Bulk single delivery is NOT accepted due to storage constraints.
- Fixed Price Commitment: Quoted prices must remain fixed without adjustments throughout the 9-month contract.
- Payment Terms: Monthly installments via Bank Transfer upon delivery & acceptance of each batch.

- Submission Deadline: Sunday, August 9, 2026, by 04:00 PM (Cairo Local Time).
- Submission Methods:
– Physical Delivery: Sealed envelope stamped and signed delivered to: 1 Aisha Al-Taymuriyya St., Garden City, Cairo.
– Email Delivery: Official stamped PDF to mohamed@inara.org and helmy@inara.org. - Quotation Validity: Minimum 10 days from deadline.
