Our Board

James Pincow is Assistant General Counsel at Global AI, where he serves as the lead attorney for all real estate acquisition, development, and operational matters across the company’s rapidly expanding portfolio of sovereign and enterprise infrastructure deployments.  His practice focuses on commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and finance.  Prior to joining the board of INARA, James was on the board of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation from 2018 through 2022 and was its Secretary in 2021 and 2022.  James is passionate about volunteerism and pro bono assistance for nonprofits, especially those focused on the health, welfare, and safety of children and underserved communities, both at home and abroad.
