With over 13 years of progressive experience in the humanitarian and development sector across Lebanon and the MENA region, Jad brings extensive expertise in leading and managing complex multi-sectoral programmes. Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of sectors including education, health, protection, livelihoods, WASH, gender-based violence (GBV), shelter, food security, and emergency response interventions. In previous leadership roles with both international and national organizations, he successfully oversaw multi-million-dollar programmes, ensuring strong donor compliance, sound financial management, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives.

In addition to his humanitarian and development expertise, Jad holds a degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Information and Communication Technologies. He also possesses more than nine years of experience in software development and programming.
