Ramadan is a child with character! He smiles in the face of pain and is fully focused on recovery so he can resume his daily living activities and return to Gaza.
He is one of many children who are suffering from the loss of limbs during the war in Gaza, where international agencies and medical sources estimate that thousands of children lost their limbs, further complicating their injuries and requiring a lifetime of physical and mental health support.
INARA continues to offer life-altering medical and mental health services and community interventions for evacuated Gazans. Just like Ramadan, many Gazan children have received surgeries and prosthetics, and others will soon join our programs in our areas of intervention.
