Soha Shaer is INARA’s Head of Partnerships and Development, bringing over 13 years of experience in humanitarian response, resource mobilization and M&E. She has worked across the regions, particularly the MENA region, with several reputable agencies such as ICRC, IRC, Christian Aid, and Japan Platform, focusing on partnerships and driving impactful programming. At INARA, Soha leads global fundraising initiatives, cross sector partnerships, and monitoring and evaluation to expand access to critical services for affected children and their families while ensuring accountability, learning, and impact across INARA’s programs.
